 Show Me Trail Ride Outfitters is headquartered in the heart of Missouri, about an hour east of Kansas City, just south of I-70 between the towns of Higginsville and Concordia. But location is a minute detail, because you don’t have to worry about coming to us … We’ll bring the horses to you!

      Our guides will meet you and take you horse back riding at the Missouri trail destination of your choice—and your choices are many! (Click here for trail options.) We have energetic, responsive trail horses suitable for both beginners and experienced horse back riders, or you can bring your own horse. No prior riding experience is necessary.

      If you choose to go horse back riding for the long haul by booking a multiple-day vacation package, you’ll taste some of the best campfire cooking in the state. Straight cowboy cooking from a dutch oven and cast-iron skillet creates a delectable, smoky flavor revived from the days of the Old West. We provide the horses, tack, camping gear and meals, leaving you with a worry-free retreat from your day-to-day grind.
